Key Attributes
At least 2 years’ experience in a management role within a premium or high-volume hospitality venue
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train and motivate a high-performing team
Confident overseeing daily operations, service standards and guest experience
Commercially astute, with experience managing rosters, stock, labour and budgets
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
A strong understanding of food, wine, cocktails and contemporary hospitality
Hands-on, professional and calm under pressure
Driven to continuously improve systems, standards and overall venue performance
