About You

You’re an experienced hospitality professional with a sharp operational mind, strong floor presence, and a genuine love of great service. You understand how to create a venue people want to return to where the atmosphere feels effortless, the team is well-led, and every detail is considered.

You’re equally comfortable leading a busy service, developing a strong team culture, and keeping the commercial and operational side of the business performing at a high level. You bring energy, polish and accountability, and take pride in running a venue that feels both seamless and memorable.

Key Attributes

At least 2 years’ experience in a management role within a premium or high-volume hospitality venue

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train and motivate a high-performing team

Confident overseeing daily operations, service standards and guest experience

Commercially astute, with experience managing rosters, stock, labour and budgets

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

A strong understanding of food, wine, cocktails and contemporary hospitality

Hands-on, professional and calm under pressure

Driven to continuously improve systems, standards and overall venue performance

Chefs / Cooks Mobys

We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable Chefs with a love of all things food and Italian cooking. A good sense of urgency and genuine love of all things hospitality is key. Weekend Availability essential.
