Key Attributes:
Minimum two years’ experience as a manager or assistant manager at a similar venue
Experienced in venue management, event coordination, and hospitality operations
Skilled in financial oversight, inventory management, and operational efficiency
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Energetic, enthusiastic leader who leads by example
Confident forward-thinker managing all aspects of a busy venue
Excellent communication, time management, and people skills
Strong knowledge of food, wines, and cocktails
Dedicated to continuous improvement and building high-performing teams
